File monitor and alert

Would you please let me know if Hyena can monitor these:

1. File date/time on specified files. Alert if over X days old
2. File size of specific files. Alert if 0KB file size.

Hyena can report on that information, but doesn't offer any monitoring or alerting functionality.

Exporter Pro can. It supports running from a command such as from a task.
