Need troubleshooting advice

Hi,

I am a new user with version 7.3 installed. I have two servers that that are "suposed" to have the security set up the same.
On one server I am able to drill down to a specific file on a share and display who has the file opened. On the other when I drill down and try and display the same information I receive the following message "Unable to show open files. Share "appdata" can not be resolved on server '\\xxxxxxx'.

I can see the files in the folder just can not select them.

I welcome any and all suggestions.

As a quick test, go to your Start menu for Windows and run the following:

\\server\share

For that server and the share you were looking at. Does that give you an error?

This allows me to see the share with no errors on both system.

I can't duplicate this, so can you send a few screenshots of this and the error to [email protected]? Maybe I can spot something there.
