What does this NTFS display mean?

Specifically I am wondering what does the first Parentheses group denote vs., the Second Parentheses group I gather the "i" = inharted right?

The "i" is inherited, yes. You will see two sets on directories with the first indicating security on the directory itself and the second indicating security for files created in the directory.
