Report on inherited security permissions

We're having a problem which seems to be caused by some user accounts not inheriting permissions from domain level.

Is there any means of reporting on this? I've managed to get the permissions from Hyena but not whether they are inherited or not.

If you are viewing NTFS permissions in Hyena, you will see an "i" beside permissions that are inherited.
