I have a list of computer names and I would like to use them as a basis of an exporter pro query - is this possible ? And if so how ?

You can use the Import Object File option in Exporter Pro. It's help file has information on the format the file will need to be. You also import them into Hyena's Object Manager if you feel you'll have any need to.
