Is it possible to export the status of accounts(residing in an ou) into excel with the option disabled enabled???

Just add UserAccountControl to the fields you display and look for DISABLED in that field for disabled users.

Alternately, enable the option to export icon IDs on the Copy dialog, and sort on the disabled icon number.

thanks both for the reply but i cant find those options. What i do is adjusting the query directory attributes for my reporting

Following the advice from kstanush, when you use the Tools->Export to Microsoft Excel option you can check the box to Include icon ID's in output. This will give you another column in Excel with the icon number. To know which is which just take a user that you know is disabled, find that user in Excel and see what the icon id is.
