How do I run a report that shows all users with non-expiring passwords (so I can verify they are all service accounts)?

You can right-click on the All Users object and choose Query Active Directory->Users(Detailed-General), then look for the column labeled Role. Those with NO_PWDEXP in that column are the ones you are looking for.
