How do I generate these reports from Hyena

1-I want to know what folders a security group for example â€‌domain administratorsâ€‌ has access to on a certain file server share so the report lists the name of the folders/subfolders and the level of access that group has on the folders

1-Does Hyena have the ability to generate a report that will show me the list of folders and their access list only for folders that were not modified say in the last six months?

    Thanks.

It can handle the first one for you. Expand the server in the left window and go to Shares. Right-click on the share or folder that you want to start at and choose View NTFS Security. You can choose the options you want and at the bottom is a box where you can specify a group to search for.

When i do the search for NTFS this is what i get. I know the groups are a legit groups

Unable to lookup account name for user/group or directory \\server\share\ certain fileâ€‌. Continue reporting errors in looking up account and group names?

That error indicates that there is a user or group in the ACL for the file/directory that no longer exists. When you delete a user or group in AD, there is no cleanup process to remove it from the ACLs it was added to. Typically you can choose to skip this error and let it continue.
