How do I view and edite employee ID/Number?
Can this also be displayed in a column?

You can edit it on the Organization tab of user properties. To view it as a column for your users, right-click on All Users in the left window and choose Query Active Directory->Users(Detailed-Office).

Thanks I did no expect it to be that easy. I figured since its not displayed in AD I would have to do something funky to find it like create VBS scripts.
