Anyone else have issues with browsing Vista machines? I can not look at logs, shares, etc because it "can not find the network path." This is only happening to Vista. I wonder if there is an issue with the ability to network browse these newer OS

Check to make sure those computers don't have the Windows Firewall turned on and blocking remote requests.

No that is not the case here.

For some reason Windows can't find those computers, so another test you can try is to go to Tools->Settings->Active Directory and check or uncheck the box to Use DNS computer paths. Then try one of those computers again.

Thank you for the idea. That did not work. Just to be specific, I see the computer name in the list, but when you attempt to open any option like events, it pauses and then gives the error "unable to connect to registry of X. The network path was not found."

I will keep looking at it

That additional information might be the key. Vista typically has the Remote Registry service stopped by default. Verify that it is stopped, and if so start it and see what you get.
