You would have to filter/sort the output file using something like Excel.

Re: AD Users Report?
OK. So how would I get the report to only show the last 7 days? Would I have to use some kind of filter? I'm an amature with Hyena, and not well-versed in the intracacies of the reporting features.

Hyena's functions can't be automated/scheduled, but Exporter Pro has a command line interface that you could schedule using Windows Task Scheduler. It's help file has the syntax for that.
Of the information you need, I believe only the first is possible. There is an AD field called WhenCreated that will take care of that one. There is a WhenChanged field that might be updated when a user is enabled/disabled, but if anything else is modified on the account after it was enabled/disabled, that field would be updated.

AD Users Report?
I have an edict from my boss to come up with 3 reports:
"Would it be possible to create a weekly report to contain the following?
List any new accounts added in the last 7 days.
List any accounts enabled in the last 7 days.
List any accounts disabled in the last 7 days.
The report would be needed at start of business Friday morning."
How would I set up Hyena to do this? Preferably it would happen as a scheduled task.
