how to open sysdm.cpl on a remote pc

i am trying to create a tool to open remotely sysdm.cpl, firewall.cpl, ncpa.cpl, and dcomcnfg.exe on remote computers. i cant seem to make it work - i have use the psexec util but cant seem to find the correct syntax -
has anyone make this work before? i wonder if it is not possible to open these files remotely -
