Change the user attribute/properties "assistant"

How do I change the Active Directory user attribute or "properties" of assistant. It does not show on the users properties in hyena but it does show on the "General" tab of the GAL.

I believe it is the field called msExchAssistantName, and you can add it under File->Manage Object View->AD Custom. Once you add it you will see a new tab called Custom when you view user attributes.
