There is an advanced setting you can modify under Tools->Settings->Advanced called MaxToolProcesses.
If you have a lot of computers, you might try the Generate Macro command instead and see if that works better for you.

Anyway to get around the max 20 items processing custom commands due to sub-process limitations?

Double-click on the OU to display the computers in the right-hand window. In the right-hand window you can select multiple computers, then right-click and run your tool from there.

I created a tool but it only seems to work when selecting a single computer. If I select the container where all the computers are nothing happens. Is it possible to run the tool against all the computers?
