Create multiple exports based on different User Groups

I need to run multiple exports based on different User groups. I have witnessed how to do it with importing a text file but I would like to know how I could use Hyena to filter the groups I want to see in a query then get those queries in Exporter Pro. I am using version 7.5.

You would have to select the objects you want in Hyena, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export From Selected Objects.

I have created custom queries based on ou/containers. Can I use these and if so how do I do that?

You can only use them in Hyena, and to do that you right-click on a Container/OU and choose Query Active Directory and you should see your query there.
