You can expand the group in the left window and double-click on Members to display the members in the right-hand window, then copy that out using Ctrl-a, Ctrl-c. As far as rights, can you give more details on what exactly you want? Such as directory/file permissions, or...?

I'd like to extract the membership and rights of a Universal group. This includes the groups membership on workstation, servers etc
