How to tell when a user object was disabled.

Is it possible for Hyena to pull out when the user object was disabled? Date / Time and who did it?

Unfortunately AD doesn't store that information in a field anywhere. I assume you might be able to search the log file of your controllers. You might try disabling a test user, then see if you can find that event on your controller(s) to see what it looks like, then using Hyena's Filter Events you could search your controller(s) for that event/user.
