Filter and report - explicit permissions only

In my new job, I have been tasked with reporting NTFS folder permissions on our Win2003 file server (prior to data migration).

3TB data, thousands of folders. I need to EXCLUDE all Inherited permissions, reporting only Explicit permissions.
Can I do this with DumpSec?

Unfortunately we don't have a way to excluded inherited permissions. They are noted with an "i", so you might be able to remove them from the output using Access or something.
