Can you add another subfolder after the %username% wild card?

Example:
\\servername\sharename\%username%\private

"Everyone" has rights to the username folder so documents\files can be transferred. The user is the only one who has rights to the private folder (where their MyDocs are stored). I receive Error=3 when trying to use the above example.

Unfortunately it can't create that second directory. You would have to try the option at the bottom: After creating home directory run. You can create a batch file that would create that second directory for you. The help file has information on that process.
