Is there a way to view both screens of a user that has dual monitors? Currently, I can only see their main screen and one of my users has content that is only appearing on the second screen, which I cannot see?

I assume you are using Remote Control for this? Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to help with that one. You'd have to check with the manufacturer of the remote control utility you are using. -

For some reason, VNCScan by Boztech showed me both screens, and the same setup, push, and remoting of PC's via Hyena only show 1.
There must have been something that changed between the two . . . but I have no idea what.
I'm kind of releaved, though, as the second screen made viewing the remote PC kind of irritiating and sometimes had to be shrunk down so small, you couldn't read anything.
Just for reference on the above irritatant . . . I run dual 20" wide screens on my PC that I use remote the other machines in our domain.Comment
