In Hyena go to File->Manage Object View->Objects and compare the settings for that domain with those of the other domains. See if anything is noticeably different there. If not, send a screenshot of that screen to [email protected] so we can take a look at it for you.

First off, thank you for all of your help. However even after trying what you provided to me, the report failed for one domain.

I have Domain Admin access, so its not a permission issue. However for some reason when I run the report in one particular domain, I get this error..."Exporting Directory Information for 'Detailed User'..unable to open directory path LDAP//:AM". The report runs through all the controllers, then gives me that error at the end. Along with an empty text file. We have set up Hyena in this domain exactly like we have it in other domains and it works great in the other domains.

Do you have any ideas on what we can do to resolve this issue?

Click on your domain in Hyena, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export From Selected Objects. Click the Settings button, then double click on Detailed User under Active Directory(users,groups). Enable it, specify an output file, then click the Set Options button. Enable it for exporting from all domain controllers. Click OK, OK, then Close and Start Export. When finished you can open the output file with Excel.

I know absolutely nothing about Exporter Pro. I just played with it for a minute and I could not even find something that resembled exporting a report on users.

Can you direct me along in any way please?

Exporter Pro will do this for you. The user exports have a Set Options button where you can enable this.

I created a few reports to show information on all users. However the Last Logon field is not showing the most recent logon for all users.

It seems that Hyena is pulling the data off of one of the controllers. How can I export the last logon data so that it pulls the most recent date?

We have 8 DCs. So it would need to check all 8 and then provide only the most recent date for Last Logon. Any ideas?
