Query Local Admin membership :)

So I've seen several post regarding this however I was hoping I could get a more detailed explanantion as I'm kind of a novice at this. I ran across these posts:

This is what I would like to do however when I open Exporter it's blank. I'm guessing I have to build the querey however I'm not sure how to do that, any help would be appreciated. thanks!
