Page Cannot Be Displayed.

Running Windows XP professional. When the customer clicks yes to allow us to take control we are getting a pop up that states "Page Cannot Be Displayed".

Any thoughts?

What application are you using to take control of the remote computer?

Using SMS via Hyena.

Unfortunately we would not be able to support SMS. It's possible that it is looking for some other setting or such, but we would have no idea what that would be.
