I want to search system serial numbers remotely on my network. please help me and guide me step by step how do I do this search.

You can use WMI for this. You would select your computers in Hyena's right-hand window, right-click and choose WMI->Execute Query. I believe the class you want is Win32_SystemEnclosure. To search for a specific serial number you'll use the WHERE Clause box.

I did this try but did not find any system serial number. pls help me with snapshots and step by step.

Did you run that query, and the Serial Number column was blank, or...?

I Did not find this question,
I opened hyena.right clicked on specific computer<WMI<execute query<computersystem.
but did not find specific column or some thing related. pls help me step by step with snapshots if you can.
