search smtp address

Hello,

We are having problem creating a new mailbox on our exchange 2003 server. Whenever we create it tells us that it already exist. Is there a way we can use hyena to search who has that email alias? Thanks

You can right-click on the All Users object and choose Query Active Directory->Users(Detailed-Contact). One of the columns will be Email, and you can sort or filter on that. If you don't find it there you may need to add the proxyaddresses field to the view.
