I've got a command line tool that I'd like to integrate into Hyena that want's the IP number of the selected system. Is there any way to pull that instead of the system name similar to the %E% variable?

There would be no way for Hyena to pull this directly from the computer listing, as IP is not part of the data available there. You can manually create entries in Object Manager using the IP rather than the computer name, then your Custom Tool would use that.
