Display what resources the group is applied to

Hello
For any given group or a user, is there a way to find out what resources (folders, printers, etc) the group/user is assigned to?
It's easy to find out what members a group has but not so easy to find out where the groups or users have been assigned to.
Ex) Group named "Executive" and want to find out all the resources (folders, printers) the group has been assigned to.
