add user to remote admistrators group

I keep getting the following error when trying to add a user to administrators group on remote machine:

Unable to access group "username". Access is denied.

No firewall between two machines. I'm in the local administrators group on the remote machine. Using version 7.2 of Hyena.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

This turned out to be a permissions issue.
