Is there a method for automating user removal/suggested means of doing this? Say it is time for a user account to be removed .
Anyone know of something to automate this?
After disabling the account, the rest can
take place automagically:
(1) Moving it to a "disabled accounts" OU automatically.
(2) Archiving the email automatically.
(3) Archiving the personal folder/home directory automatically.
(4) After a configurable period of time, delete the mailbox.
(5) After a configurable period of time, delete the personal folder/home directory.
(6) After a configurable period of time, delete the account
(7) Full Logging of all steps taken
Anyone have any tips on this? I currently do all of this manually, and am afraid that one day, I can screw something up/forget and/or look something over, and wind up with a bad review whenever it is time to get audited.
Thanks!
