Tools with Vista

I'm trying to add a new Tool link on my Vista Hyena installation to run a batch file against a workstation.

I've got the path as

C:\users\swood.mydomain\batchfile.cmd %E%

When it runs, Vista tries to launch it from C:\windows\system32. Is there a way to force Hyena to run it from the place it's launched from?
