Is there an easy way to import a list of users and have hyena tell me what OU they are located in?

One method you can test would be to create a temporary group, then the Add Members dialog allows you to paste in a list of users. From there you can double-click on the Members for that group to list them in the right window. In the right window select your users then right-click and run one of the queries. You may need to modify a query to add either ADSI Path or DN. Either of those fields should show you the OU.
