Is there a way to report the type of logon for service accounts accessing a network?

checking for specific logon type such as 2, 3 and/or 5 under event ids 528, 538, and 540

Experiment with the Filter Events option in Hyena. You can select one or more computers in Hyena's right window, then right-click and choose Events->Filter Events. From there you can choose the log you want to search, time frame, events and other details to try and narrow it down to what you are looking for.
