Assistance with AD

It has been requested of me to create a new "Role" in our AD. This request came by one of our application developers that wants me to create a Role, so that we can then assign Users and Groups to these roles. From what he explained to me this sounds like he wants a new "Schema Admin" type role/group. Can I do this through Hyena, create a "role"? This might not be a Hyena question, if so let me know, but I sure would like some assistance.
