Can I copy a shared folder without all the underlying folders and files and with all permissions?

The share itself can be copied to another computer, along with the permissions for the share itself. It won't copy files or folders that are on the share.

Thanks, CM. I didn't want to try it because there isn't enough room on the target for the whole tree.
