    Which option? If you right-click on an existing user and choose Copy, you can create a new user. Some of the settings, including group memberships will be copied.

    I'm just not seeing that option. All I see is the same options that AD has had since 2000.

    If the new user hasn't been created yet, you can copy the existing user. This will copy the groups from the existing user. If you've already created the user it won't be quite as easy. The add function to add a user to groups supports pasting in a list of groups, so if you can get a list of the existing user's groups you can paste that in for the new user.
