Search and delete certain file

Is there a way to Search and delete certain files on multiple machines across the network? i need to search and delete files with extensions .pfx and.p12

Using Exporter Pro you can search for specific files, but we don't have a way to delete them.

with explorer can you search for file accross multiple machines at the same time?

Yes. You can select the computers in Hyena that you want to search, then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export Selected Objects. From there you will click Settings and create a File/Directory template under File/Directory. When you run this it will search the selected computers for the files you specified and output the results to a delimited text file that can be opened with Excel.
