Psexec is a tool from systeminternals.com (now owned by M$). Being an OU admin, do you have a GPO linked to your OU and have rights? If not submit a ticket with your domain admins and ask them to disable the firewall in domain mode for your workstations. Then when you install the service pack you won't loose them.

    Good Luck

It is a domain AD environment, but I am only an OU Admin. I have never heard of psexec, where can I find documentation on it.
    Thanks.

Are you running in a workgroup or domain environment? If running in a domain is it running in active directory? If you simply run a custom tool from Hyena like psexec to launch a batch file with the command line to install the service pack. You will end up loosing connectivity to those machines. As the firewall turns on automaticaly. If you are running AD, then you want to set modify the group policies accordingly. Like turning the firewall off in domain mode. There is some documentation you can find about this.
