Right-click on All Users and choose Tabular Views->Users(Detailed-General). When that is finished you'll have a column in the right window for Pwd Last Set. You can't filter the way you want, but you can click on the column header and sort on that column. Then just select the users you want, right-click and choose Account Functions->Add to Group.

Does anyone know if there is a way for me to filter all the accounts in AD by when they changed there password last? I want to set up a view that will filter accounts by passwords older than @ 90 days. That way I can add them to a distribution group and send an email that they need to change their password.
