Hi, is there a way to uncheck the box for "Connect client drives at logon" for multiple people under the Config button on the terminal tab?"

You can use our TSCMD command line utility for this. It modifies one user per line, so you'll have to create a batch file to run it. Hyena's Generate Macro function can create the batch file for you too.
