can you view terminal services information when you go to right click tabular view / user (detailed) on users in active directory?

Yes. Go to File->Manage Object View->AD Queries. Click on the query you want to modify, then change the Attribute Category in the lower right to Terminal Server Attributes. Pick and choose the ones you want, and they will be shown the next time you run that query (right-click Tabular Views.)
