How do I properly configure an .ini file to share updates of the "User Home Directory Templates" between multiple admins?

In Tools->Settings->General you can specify a file name and location where you want the ini created. Check the box to Save Settings and click OK. Hyena will create the file for you. Then point your other admins to that file.
