Get a simple list from Hyena

Ok so I'll admit I just installed Hyena trial and haven't looked at help yet but... I really would just like to know what steps need to be done to get a list (Access db would be fine) of groups in an OU containg the Name, Description, notes and members. Is this possible in say 5 steps or less? If so, what would be the procedure.

Double-click on the OU to display the groups in Hyena's right window. In the right window select the groups you want, then right-click and choose View Group Members. This will give you a list of the groups and all of the members of those groups. It will be sorted by members, but you can click the column header for the Group column to sort by groups if you like.
