When open the property of one of the computer in my network, I try to find out each producation Key(ID) of installed software, it is blank, what should I do, so I can disply those infomations.

Hyena gets that information from the uninstall key in the registry of the remote computer. Unfortunately not all applications enter data in that field. You can try using WMI to see if the data you need is there.
