Filtering file output

Hi- Your product is great btw. Anyway, I need to do a daily export of files that have been modified on a server. The best I've been able to do is list all files - Archive = Yes and Archive = No. Is there a way to filter so that the report only shows the Archive = Yes? Or do you have another way up your sleeve to accomplish the same thing?
