Finding Non-SMS computers

I have a list of non-sms clients for whatever reasons the client has not been installed because something is preventing the install. So on each machine I need to check to see if restrict anonymous, dcom, file and print sharing is enabled, and the firewall is off. I also need to look at remote registry and make sure it is running and accessible.

I've been looking through the help files for a way to filter on the above. Is it even possible?
