Disable User Accounts

I've managed to get Exported pro to export a list of user accounts that have not logged in during the past month. How do i now use that list to disable those accounts.

There's no way to import your list, but you could create a temporary group and add the members to that group. The group members dialogs support pasting in a list of names. Once you've disabled the users you can remove them from the group and/or delete the group.

Can i then use that list to move users (within a group) to a specific OU?

Yes, you can select the members in the right window and choose Move to move to a different OU.
