dumpsec exit codes

Hi,

on a few servers i get a exit code 109 or 80 when trying to run dumpsec.

Is there a list of what these exit codes mean?

How are you running DumpSec? Can you paste in the actual output so we can see what results you are getting?

dumpsec.exe /rpt=dir=c:\projects /noheader /outfile=c:\dumpsec\report.csv /saveas=csv /noownder /showdirsonly

I can't duplicate this issue. Are you running this from the Command Prompt or through some other process? If not from the Command Prompt, try it that way to see if it runs.

It's not on every server, just on a few. All the servers (even the good ones) run NT4.

I just want to know the exit codes.

They are Windows error codes. Search online for a file called winerror.h and you can look up the errors in that file.
