Processing Terminated Users

I'd like to automate a couple of tasks related to terminating users. Ideally There would be an OU called terminated users and when I move an account into that OU, the data in the user's home directory would be moved to a repository within a directory that matches the username and their Email account would be moved to another Exchange Server. Any thoughts on how to make Hyena do this?

I would recommend renaming the user, which can change the name of the home directory too, and optionally rename the home directory. Then, inactivate the user account and move it to your "Inactive" OU.
