Managing NT System Policies

I have a domain that has used NT System Policy Editor to setup some restrictive policies.

Can I use Hyena to view what the policies are, who they are applied to, and then modify the policies?

I'd be very interested in knowing if this is possible as well. I can't seem to find any utilities that allow exporting of NT system policies so that they can be documented.

Our Exporter Pro utility can export the password and audit policies, however, to get at the other settings, I don't know what tools would do that.
