  • Customizing tree view - possible?

In the NT domain tree view -> Users, when you expand a user, you see groups, password expiration, script, home directory, last logon, and pwd last changed. When you expand a user in the AD tree view, you only see groups, display name, and directory name. is there a way to get the other fields to show up as they do in the NT domain tree view?

    thanks!

You can add fields to this by going to File->Manage Object View->AD Queries. Change the Query Type to Active Directory User, then click on User(Summary). Add the fields from the lower right window.

ah-ha! I actually had to create an entry for "User (Summary)" first, then add the fields. I got what I was looking for. Thanks Chuck!

I've messed with my configuration so much I don't even know what's default any more! Glad you got it going.
